different when they go to a solicitor?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Repossession : One Thread

My shortfall has been refereed to a solicitor after only 2 letters in 2 years since repossession. Does this make a difference when dealing with the claim i.e paying / not paying or expendity=ure & income forms etc ?

No Change -just many Lenders Employ there own inhouse Lawyer or pass it to retained firm after a certain Period- This the stage when you get the official letter headed note paper They still have to follow the due process of law and as you seem to have a Shortfall problem Go and see a Lawyer yourself

Good Luck
