Who comes out at night?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Aeon Flux : One Thread

When do you guys typically show up here? Is it in the early morning, before work or school? I've been missing a lot of the action lately on this board, because I usually only visit at night, like the vampire that I am... :)

Paul, do you read military time? Midnight is 0000. 1230 AM is 0030. 1Am is 0100. 12 noon is 1200. 1:00 pm is 1300. 5:00PM is 1700. In other words there are 24 hrs in the days, they are counted that way, with midnight being all zero's, not 2400. There is a feature on this board that mails you each message posted as it comes in, (which I think you do not get),or you would check your messages differently. Get it if you can, scroll down, below the message itself, you will find something called HEADERS and under this info that says all kinds of stuff, but in there you will see the date and following that will be the military time the person posted the message. But it will also be in the time zone time, like for eg. ca. is on the same time zone as I so your posts are the same as mine. You often post about 1230Am but sometimes at 4:00 am. I love to look at the times posted. I know that Frostbite is I think in Fla, and her posts are ahead in time, by about 6 hours I think. Someone posted while I was writing this and their time said about 8:00 am, this is now about 5:45AM. I post before I go to work, and when I come home, but I work 12 hours twice weekly and work 45min away, so I again hit the computer about 1130 at night, (I work till 8:30pm a lot on my 12 hour days,) Peter answered my MTV question at about 1:30 in the afternoon, (and don't remind him about Korea, I want him to forget about not coming here!) ha ha. Anyway, hope you like this info, I find it interesting to note when someone writes, too.

I'm in Georgia. I usually make my visit late in the afternoon.

Oh no, frost is bad for peaches. I do find myself wondering if you have one of those cute southern accents.

I say "Ya'll" with regular frequency. And I usually use "regular frequency" to mean "sissy boy takin Ex-Lax." I also work as a receptionist for the prestigious We Doan Lahk Yo Type Rown Here, Boy hotel. Our motto: "Gwinnett County, a nice place to visit, a better place to die."

Hey, you haven't lived until you say "dog" and the rest of the room echo's "Dawg" for 10 minutes. Or how about when you say you come from Long Island, and they all say Lon-g island? But YOU never did.
