Has anybody seen the news regarding the two couples, in Canada, that will spend a year on a homestead in west Canada? If they survive it they will get $68,000. I found it on www.iwon.com and under iwon today. It's interesting reading and if I was 30 years younger it sure would interest me! Matt. 24:44

Hoot -- It's been all over our news up here today. They even had them interviewed on CBC Radio this afternoon. They're in Manitoba. I sure would have liked to have heard about this contest before, I would have been at the head of the line to become a contestant!!!

Did you hear the latest on this? It was on CBC Radio this morning -- apparently the "older" couple (there were two couples selected, one in their twenties and one in their fifties) have been pulled from the competition. The older "gentleman" has been charged with sexual assault. The second runners up in the "mature" category have been selected to go, instead!
