Skowhegan, ME is #1

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say a couple of things about the motocross track in Skowhegan, Maine. First off, Skowhegan is much more professional, friendly, and family oriented than any other motocross organization I know of. Simply put, it puts NESC to shame. If you want to race motocross at a place where the people at the registration booth know you by name, greet you by saying, "Good Morning," allow you to camp out on really clean grounds the night before, get twice the track time for 1/2 the cost, and just to have a great time, then it's time you tried racing Skowhegan! The officials at this track are second to none. If you are tired of standing in line at registration for over two hours, only to be greeted by some snobby, nasty-mood registration people, afraid to ask for an entry form because you think you will get shot at, tired of looking at flaggers that sit in the tires on the track listening to headphones while there is a major pile-up right behind them, and sick of dishing out all of your hard earned cash to people that would rather you not even be there because you cause more of a traffic problem, then try Skowhegan! They hold a much higher level of respect and professionalism to all of their riders. It's worth the drive. Give it a shot, you won't be let down. Check out their site on this page. I also want to thank all of my friends, Dave, Shean, Chris, Pat, Rob, Sandy, Peter, Marty, Brian, Todd & Laura Bouchard, as well as all of the EMT's and track personnel that took great care of me after my fall. Thanks everyone. -Pat

I can not put it any better than that ! Skowhegan ROCKS ! I cant wait until 6/25. you know they are into helping eveyone out 100 % not just the expert riders ! I would also like to say that Skowhegan MX makes middleboro look like a joke ! you would be hard pressed to find ONE rock on the whole track. they have a grass camping area ! not MOON dust. anyone that wants to just have a good time, should give it a shot ! they have come along way from what Im am told.. so make sure you tell Todd and Laura how AWESOME the track is..

Once again THANK YOU Todd And Laura for your hard work and time ! I know how it is running this page ! so I can relate to all the grief poeple can give you.. Hope to see you guys real soon.. Dave
