Would anybody have a link to Downstreamer's Petroleum Board? GICC has had a number of articles posted over the weekend regarding shortages of refined gas in Missouri and Kansas, allegedly traceable to a planned pipeline maintenance shutdown, and "problems at refineries". Thanks for any input.
