I have found a way to incorporate a workout into my daily activities. This may not work for everyone, but like this reply it requires virtually no thought whatsoever............

- One sit up each morning as you get out of bed. - Multiple squats as you rise and fall from and to your office chair - Stairmaster twice a day using your front steps. Once when you leave for work and once when you return. - Curls throughout the day as you lift the fork/spoon and/or beverage to your mouth. Heavy eaters and drinkers will benefit the most here.

Hope this helps and remember to stretch before exercising. One good one in the morning usually does the trick..........
