Readers beware! Poole is an IRS Agent!

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TB2K spinoff uncensored : One Thread

The IRS has never been voted into existance by Congress! There is no Congressional Record of that ever happening.

The IRS is not a Government Agency! All Government Agencies use exempt licence plates on their cars. IRS Agents all have regular licence plates on their official IRS cars!

All Government Agencies get FREE postage for their mail. All IRS letters have 33 Cent postage on it.

Proof that the IRS is a scam!

Don't let Poole fool you with his ramblings!

I choose not to spend the precious hours of my life dissecting these issues which necessitates making sure I have the correct legal defense. For one thing is sure, you cannot go into this thing (tax protest) blind, trusting, and without study or legal backing (which ALSO cost money).... And anyway, all study that I have done tells me it's a crock. But in either case....

I pay my yearly bribe to keep the government off my back, arrange my affairs for minimum taxation, and be done with it.

And by the way thanks for those links Stephen!!

I must be getting weak in my old age; I'm responding to deliberate trollbait ...

There are dozens of government agencies that were never specifically voted into existence by Congress. Happens all the time. That this should strike you as significant or heinous is proof that you don't understand how our government works.

The IRS is a government agency. Any car owned by, and registered to, the US government has government license tags -- including those used by IRS agents who have been issued a government automobile to drive.

Patently false. I have two envelopes here from the IRS with "official use" mail waivers on them.

Proof that the IRS is a scam!

To you, maybe. Not to most Americans with common sense, and certainly not to those who understand how our system of government actually works, and most assuredly not to our court system, which WILL, with full legal authority, hammer you like a flat-headed nail if you try to evade the tax laws.

Of course not; I might deflect attention from the REAL menace: martians lurking in the shrubbery.
