Seaboard's FT Locomotives

In the same vein as my earlier question about Seaboard's FA/FB-1's, when were their FTA/FTB units removed from the roster? Were they also traded in on new power?

4000-4100,4004-4104, 4005-4105, 4006-4106, 4008-4108, 4010-4110, 4011- 4111, 4015-4115, 4016-4116, 4017-4117, 4020-4120, 4021-4121 were traded-in 1963 for GP30s 510-533.

I have an EMD ad from an OLD issue of TRAINS MAGAZINE, in which EMD reports on "converting" 12 FT units to GP9's in 1955, and 4 more in the process, with "more to come". Shown is a small image of a FT in the freight scheme (looks like #4105?), and above it, a drawing of GP9 #1910 on a freight, running long hood forward. The SAL Diesel book would give you more exact information.
