If you are, care to pass along a recipe that i could try out? I don't think i intend to become vegetarian, but i could use a few new recipes that involve plenty of veggies.

Though not a vegetarian myself, a good chunk of my family is. Moosewood is the cookbook to go with. We swear by it down here.
