Well done. I might be tempted to crop the top off and just let the floww of water be seen, not the pool where it starts. Either way, a fine image.

I like the selection of shutter speed - there's still detail in the water. And I like the color and composition of the central rocks. Yet I keep wishing I could see more of the cascades on either side....

Beautiful image. I think I agree with Chris about cropping of the still water at the top.

Anybody else see a face? (maybe Jay Leno??) Cropped (if it is) the way it is right now, you can almost see eyebrows at the top, and if there were more space to either side, the face effect wouldn't be nearly as strong. I like the effect (whether you intended it or not, Jan :-).

Short answer - I like the composition the way it is...it's a unique image and would probably make a good conversation piece.

Good exposure - there's detail in almost all of the shadows and no real burned-out places.

Good job...

Don't think it needs to be cropped at all. Especially look at the larger version: there's enough motion there to catch interest and lead into the white torrent bleow. You can run your fingers through it, it's so vivid.

Don't crop. I'm envious of the color and sharpness of the rocks.
