Al-d:

If sincere, and my gut reaction is that it is, thank you for your post. Humility is essential in the spiritual quest.

-- FutureShock (gray@matter.think), May 26, 2000.

al-d,

You have my forgiveness, for I have been forgiven countless times, even after repeatedly causing injury to others.

Yours is not an error in delivery al-d, so much as an error in that you don't show respect to the forum participants, in general.

You're high as a kite because you're saved. I'm truly happy for you, as are many other forum inhabitants (in fact I speak for all - except for gilda, there was a vote, you missed it). I don't expect you to return the favor. I do wish you would show myself & others a little respect.

We are relations al-d. You & I are brothers. Please treat me as such. I promise to do the same.

Blessings,

-- Bingo1 (howe9@shentel.net), May 26, 2000.

al-dear,

all is forgiven, now go clean your room.

-- flora (***@__._), May 26, 2000.

Al, why are you asking a bunch of non-existent people for forgiveness? Nobody gives a rats ass about you just as you could care less about any of us. We are all just made-up cyber personas so babble away, who gives a shit.

-- Willy (from@old.Philly), May 26, 2000.

Willy---

Cynicism and vitriolic thoughts are bad for your health. Take a warm bath and go to bed. Things will be better in the morning.

I'd make a wise crack or two about Philly, but...

My Flyers have lost two straight & I'm worried;

Troll Maria is in the house;

Looks like it's your lucky day partner.

al-d

What is the difference between salvation and redemption? Very rudimentary question; can you answer it?

-- Just wondering (If@you.knew), May 26, 2000.

Bingo, you can make that 3 straight partner.

-- The Devil (made@me.doit), May 26, 2000.

Mariners with a lead off homer...why don't Tampa fans fill the bleachers to root (sorry Pieter) your team on?

-- Cherri (sams@brigadoon.com), May 26, 2000.

al-d:

I hope your newfound understanding extends to the chat room as well. Shouting illiterate nonsequiturs contributes little to a discussion.

-- Flint (flintc@mindspring.com), May 26, 2000.

I don't talk to the Devil - except on weekends & holidays. Or is it holiday weekends?

Betcha a bucket o' beans, Devil:

Flyers 4 Devils 2.

-- Bingo1 (howe9@shentel.net), May 26, 2000.

hi just wondering, redemption=JESUS bought us back--from the curse.&satan,s dominion. salvation=the free gift from GOD ,when we obey the gospel[good news]the bible say,s''if we confess that we believe that JESUS is the saviour & BELIEVE IN OUR HEARTS that GOD RAISED HIM FROM GRAVE =WE ARE SAVED. IT,S NOT ABOUT BEING RELIGIOUS--IT,S ALL ABOUT agreeing WITH GOD. it all goes back to garden of eden--who will you believe? GOD or satan[the father of liars]justification & salvation are imputed the moment we believe.

I'm proud of you al-d. You felt an urge you couldn't resist & instead of beginning a new thread, you posted on an existing thread which you yourself had started.

Bravo my good man!

-- Bingo1 (howe9@shentel.net), May 26, 2000.

Al-d -- cool. I like your style. Takes a humble heart to be willing to be open to change. I might even read some of what you have to say now -- the human touch speaks volumes.

Hey - you've heard the saying " So heavenly minded -- no earthly good ", right? Mix a little earth with your message and that's cool.

I'm sorry for jumping your case too. I have a background of being spiritually abused. When someone comes off with holier-than-thou, I have little patience. We all have something to say, but the key is how to say it.

I fail more often than not myself, in that area! LOL! Hawk and I go at it -- If I knew him in person, I'd probably wanna knock him out, and then end up best of friends. Well probably NOT, but you get my drift. What appears to be on the surface is generally not even close to what's really in someones heart. That's why the "judge not" command. The moment we do, we realize we usually aren't even CLOSE :-)

ROFL Bingo1!

-- (doomerstomper@usa.net), May 26, 2000.

doomer, wow bro. you got some awesome discernment. you are 100% right-on.---it,s what,s in the heart that GOD look,s at.not the action,s. i got busted & i deserved it. but truly i never meant to come across'as holier than thou. shoot man, i know how far, far, from spiritual-maturity i am. alot of seemingly mean-folk,s are just hurting-folk,s. those wall,s don,t come down easy---been there. i know all about ,hate & violence--lived that way'for year,s.

-- al-d. (dogs@zianet.com), May 26, 2000.

-- Carlos (riffraff@cybertime.net), May 27, 2000.

Al,

I think that worked out rather nicely, don't you? A little good will can go a long way; )

-- capnfun (capnfun1@excite.com), May 27, 2000.

Bingo wagged his tongue yesterday. Today his tail is tucked between his legs.

Devils 2 Flyers 1

Excuse the tears.

Where do I send the bucket of beans?

-- Bingo1 (howe9@shentel.net), May 27, 2000.

Bingo-No beans necessary. It was a good fight, a pleasure to watch, and being a mets fan, I am glad this turned out differently. Sorry about Lindros-I hope he retires so he has a brain left. Thanks for the worthy fight, say I to the Flyers.

-- FutureShock (gray@matter.think), May 27, 2000.

Thank god everyone is happy. An remember jesus loves every sinner equal. He always knew we were imperfect. We also are still imperfect. He must love us alot, letting us continue the mess were doing.

-- ET (bneville@zebra.net), May 29, 2000.

Where Did Al-d Go?

He apologized then split? BTW, Al, I agree w/Capn, you are a good dude. Zealous, yes, but so what? And DONT stop being who you are because you arent 'Judged' by anyone BUT the true JUDGE....

FWIW, I for one dont think you set a bad example.

Now that we cant seem to find Al-d, anyone seen Waldo around lately.? ***snicker***
