At the begining of the next episode, someone that was part of the posse that confronted him will come up to the airport... and then they'll have a small talk, roll opening credits...

I think Carter will come back and maybe have a little trouble adjusting to his work again but I think he'll be all right. I just wish they would have Carter tell someone that he was in love with Lucy and that he misses her.

I kind of wish that they would have the first episode be just of Carter and/or Benton at the rehab center in Atlanta. Of course, they probably won't do that, but it would be nice to see the bond grow between Carter and Benton. It'll probably start at Carter's first day back.

I had this thought that we'll see someone's legs as they walk in the door to County General and someone'll be like "Hey Carter" and the camera will look up and there will be Carter. That's just my thought. Like his first day back.

I agree with Kristi completely. I also think that they should have somone ask about him and then someone else say when he'll be back.

I think Carter will be off the drugs at the beginning of next season, but he will be distant and may even hold a grudge against those who were involved in his going to the durg center. One thing is for sure... he won't be the same Carter that we are used to.

i think the staff a the er will ask about him then they will show carter in the drug clinic with benton,and entill hr is back a work they will just show his progress Ash.D.

Carter might get his own little eppy, but i think thye'll definately show him in the first episode, i mean everybody wants to know whats up with him, and the TV execs are gonna want to keep us happy, right?
