We live in southeastern Ohio, Monroe county, very rural. Our town has 600 people in it, reminds me of Mayberry! People here are like what all of America was like back in the 1960's, friendly and helpful most of the time. We farm some, mostly hay, and my husband is an owner-operator truckdriver. Have all the common assortment of critters, would be happy to "visit"!

Hi:

I'm from Ohio, too. We lived the first 38 years in Akron, Ohio. Now we have 10 acres, assorted critters and live in a place called Heath, Ohio. Heath is between Zanesville and Columbus. Would love to share ideas.

Hi Kathy, We live in Ashtabula County. We hail from the county seat. I would be glad to share information (with anyone) anytime. We work off our farm ...for now! We raise hereford cattle , hogs , chickens , and use a team of draft horses for most of our power. We do have a tractor that helps me stay caught up due to my off farm job. We farm 73 acres and are progressing to a "grass based approach". I was a butcher/meatcutter for many years, I do a fair amount of logging (with the horses),garden on a good sized scale keep a couple hives of bees, enjoy life and sleep well ! I was born and raised in this part of our country , traveled to some other parts ,but love it here. God blesses us often Let me know if I can answer your questions Ralph
