Peace and Carrots Farm is looking for interns for the 2000 growing season. You get a trailer, room or tent and garden produce plus free homestead workshops and lots of hands-on instruction and experience. We have a CSA farm and give workshops. We also host a big Labor Day Weekend Homestead Party each year.

This year's projects include the CSA garden, biodynamic herbs and flowers, an underground house addition, brick bake oven building, and new pole building constuction....plus more than I even want to think about right now! I am 21 years old and i live in arkansas.. I realy want to do something this summer ..fun and constructive.. growing up in arkansas i am us to the work of a farm ... and i realy enjoy working with my grandfather keeping his huge yard.. last summer wasn't realy a good year for me i lost a sister and four close friends .. for awhile i was depressed and got hooked on speed.. well i feel great now .. i'm finaly getting my life in order and i've been off drugs for a mounth now ... i think it would be a realy good expereance....
