poor scoring at Central Village

What's the deal with scoring at Central Village. The results are inaccurate everytime I race there. My pit-board said I was running in 9th place on the final lap of the 250-c class, and nobody passed me. When I finally checked the results two hours later I was listed as 12th place. After asking around ( I have several friends that race in the same class) I found that the second and third place guys on the results sheet were a lap down. In fact my friend that was listed in 3rd place said to me that he is positive he was in last place from gate to finish. Last time we were at Central in April, the 125-c results were all wrong. It listed the results of the two guys I travel to the races with as 21st and 28th. What's the problem? My friend that was listed in 21st place didn't even race that day. After riding practice he called it quits because of the mud. How's that for bragging rights? The whole ride home he ragged on the 28th place guy that he had beat him without even stepping on his bike. Nobody ever told me the fastest way to move up to amatuer is to slow down enough to get lapped!

I haven't raced this year yet due to a foot injury, but I've heard from many poeple so far this year that it's not just Central.. Middleboro is even worse. Two guys I know race the 35+ B class, they had their scores backwards.. One guy came in first and the other second. When they approached the scorers they said that the riders where wrong and they had the scoring right. The guy that finished second argued the point that, "why would he say he got second if he won"? What a joke. Anyways, they finally fixed it and they were on their way. The NEXT race at Middleboro they finished the same way again, and after waiting for 2 hours for the results, they messed it up AGAIN... Exactly how they did it the first time.. Unbeleivable!!! Anyways, I'm coming back this weekend at Southwick, first race back after a broken heel, hope they dont screw it up for me.. Stop and say hi if you see me.. 270, VET "B" rider as well as Amatuer on a YZ 250.... I'll be the guy sucking wind at the back of the pack:)....

Im glad im not the only one who noticed that. My heat race had 25 riders. I got tangled up in the start so i was way back but i passed at least 6 people and saw 2 pushing their bikes off the tracks. But I still ended up 23rd. I know i didnt win the race but i also know i wasnt 23rd. Oh well, It was too hot anyway!
