Story Filed: Tuesday, May 09, 2000 7:17 PM EST

PHOENIX, May 9, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IPVoice.com (OTC:BB - IPVC) announced today that phone service in their building was lost when workers cut through a fiber delivering phone service to 5050 N. 19th Avenue.

US West told all businesses in the building that the earliest phone service might be restored was Thursday at 8:00 PM local time. The result of the outage is that no incoming calls are going through, and voice mail systems have been left inoperative.

The company indicated that anyone wishing to contact IPVoice.com should do so either by calling IPVoice's Denver satellite office at 720/344-0806, or via e-mail at info@ipvoice.net or lvader@ipvoice.net, as Internet access was not affected by the outage. Persons sending an e-mail should indicate the person they are trying to reach and a return phone number so that the message may be forwarded to the appropriate party.
