I've seen posts on altering the capturing rate of the dazzle DVC May I ask, where is that option? Under the dazzle DVC program? Is it the video bitrate ? Hmmm does that mean after capturing, I must feed the clip to say Ulead videostudio for a VCD compliant bitrate? thanks for any response!!

you alter the video bitrate in the quality option. There are prebuilt template there already for you such as VCD quality, Movie quality, custom, etc.

Unfortuently with the dazzle if you want results the onyl way to get them is yes change the BITRATE (to change this, first click the recording tab, then you will see the template your using and under that is "customize' click customize to change the rate) under each template setting to something higher (2900) then you would have to re- encode this to vcd format, thats only if you want good results, if your happy using the vcd template, then your not too picky about quality.
