"precision delivery from high altitude...aircraft"

I don't think a whole lot about most of the contrail stuff (in fact, I think it's mostly nonsense -- there've been contrails in the sky for as long as I can remember), but, I stumbled across this while reading an article linked from a WorldNetDaily article, and thought y'all could toss it around a bit. Apparantly there's an outfit that's got the equipment to deliver biological "stuff" from high altitude planes, with precision paths guided by GPS.

Here ya go:

Flash, you didn't paste the entire URL. Pasting URL's from EZB cuts them short.

Also, anything from World Net Daily you must take with a grain of salt.

This appears to be a proposal from Mycoherbicide to the US Government in developing and testing a means to control narcotics crops both in the US and abroad. See step 10 heading on the second link you gave, and if you click the left arrow to the begining of the article, it clearly states that.

It also states that "mycoherbicides are naturaly occuring plant pathogens that can be introduced into an area to control a target plant species."

I wonder what year it was written, if this is new or an older proposal that was scrapped by the gov. I see this one particular article linked to the contrail conspiracy as a dubious paranoia fueling fodder.

The article is worth a read, though. It's still disturbing to me that such technology would be envisioned by the government for its own questionable war against drugs.

Y:

Don't know about the date of the submission, but I know this company. They are currently working on this approach. I think that they are selecting Fusarium I could be wrong since I don't have time to keep up with everything.

Best wishes,,,,
