That website I've babbled a bit about, and been working on for weeks, is finally online. The address will eventually be toonarmyusa.com, but for now go to www.shirtguy.com/toonarmyusa/Info on the US friendlies, and any pre/post match festivities will appear as I get confirmation. There is a pre-match gathering on for DC...just awaiting details from our man in DC who is
going out on the pissmeeting with the bar and a possible sponsor tonight. :-)

Just had a quick look at it.....first glance looks good.Bookmarked it for a better look tomorrow. If there is anything good on there can we rip it off for the Daily Toon as well please?

Well since I'm not much of a writer and nobody else is giving me anything original(yet), anything "good" is probably stuff I've nicked from other sources anyway...so go ahead. ;-)Especially if you want to post info about the friendlies! The site's been up for 2 days and we've already got requests totaling around 40 tickets for DC! I'm already so excited about that weekend!

Great news about the away end at the RFK I've stuck down for 2 tickets...ITK/Bobby/True if you're interested in recreating the PoW atmosphere in the U of the S of the A let me know (I'm sure we could find a pub with a Spurs supporting landlord - probably in Adams Morgan area :o)

Thanks for the nice words, everyone. And glad to see so many planning to head over! I should have the DC info page updated later today or this evening with real ticket ordering info. Match ticket only is $17, or $22 for ticket plus admission to the pre-game party at a local bar.I'll try to find out about some decent, and not too expensive, hotels in the area. I haven't been down there since I was 12, so am looking forward to doing a bit of sightseeing. Though in July, that's likely to mean anywhere that's indoors and air-conditioned. ;-)
As for Bobby's heed...that's my doing. Photoshop is fun! ;-)
