Are you talking about riding tips. If you are, start off riding your butt off like you are racing for 10 minutes, or whatever you can stand and then keep increasing it until you work up to 25 minutes. If you can keep a pace for 25 minutes you should be fine in a 20 minute moto. Where a jacket or sweatshirt when it STARTS getting warmer, get your body adapted to the heat. Make sure you drink PLENTY of water the day before you practice right upto 1/2 hr. before you ride. Drink well when you stop for a break. DO NOT SKIP THE GATERADE... YOU CAN DEHYDRATE TOO FAST. If that doesn't do it for ya, go watch a bunch of 80 riders. They'll inspire you, they don't stop until they run out of fuel!!! God, the little squids just go and go and go.

As far as training goes, I've found that the more Cardio I do the longer I can go. You can play basketball, run, rollerblade or even ride a stationary bike. I play hockey all winter long, so that helps out tremendously. If your cardio is good then you get less arm pump and dont get tired on the bike. I was doing 20 minutes motos on the 2nd practice of the year, because I skated all winter long.. Anyways, hope this helps..

I do not know your riding skill but here is my thoughts on this. If you watch the experts you will see them get off their bikes after a 125 20 min plus 2 and go into the open expert and do another long moto. They too never seem to wear down. Conditioning is a big part of this but another big part is proper riding style. Ride your bike alot and not just fast all the time. Find balance pionts and what body position works best in different situations. If you do not fight your bike but flow with it you will use less energy up.

PROPER CONDITIONING TAKES LOTS OF TIME AND PATIENCE. AFTER YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE MASTERED HOW TO RIDE THE ONLY THING LEFT TO KEEP YOU GOING FAST IS CONDITIONING.IF I HAD A DIME FOR EVERY EXPERT WHO COULD WIN A 3 LAP RACE I WOULD BE A MILLIONARE!! CONCENTRATE ON OTHER ASPECTS OF TRAINING SUCH AS ROLLERBLADING,MOUNTAIN BIKING,RUNNING,OR ANY OTHER MEANS OF GETTING YOUR HEART RATE UP.DO THESE EXERCISES FOR AT LEAST 30-40 MINUTES 3-5 DAYS A WEEK. DON'T LET FREINDS TALK YOU OUT OF GETTING YOUR EXERCISE OR YOU'LL JUST BE ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE OTHER EXPERTS I JUST MENTIONED.REMEMBER,DO YOUR HOMEWORK DURING THE WEEK AND YOU'LL SEE YOUR RESULTS GETTING BETTER AND BETTER.
