I just wanted all of you to share in my excitement. I called in on Friday night to the 800 number for the So You Want to be a Millionaire show and correctly answered the three questions. This put me into a pool of people for the computer to randomly draw 40 semi-finalists. Since the pool was potentially around 14,000 I figured I didn't have a great chance. But the recording said they would call between noon and 4p.m. on Saturday if I was one of the forty. Guess what! I got a call at exactly noon and I am one of the forty. I have to call back this Friday on a special number and they gave me a pin number and I will be asked to answer five more questions. The ten of us that do the best job of answering the five questions will BE ON THE SHOW!!! I will know by eight p.m. this Friday. Incidentally, I had a dream several weeks ago that I was in New York playing the Millionaire show. That is what prompted me to start trying to get qualified. Even if I'm not one of the final ten that get to go on the show at least I made it to the final 40. I think that is pretty amazing. Wish me luck and I sure hope all of the questions are about animals. LOL
