WHAT DO THE CRITICS THINK OF DR. SUESS'S WORKS?

Okay, I'll give it a shot.In general they have considered them entertaining unique works for children. They have not been considered as serious representations of art and poetry--as I think they deserve to be--on the order of your nursery rhymes, which often had a political meaning, or your Aesop's fables, or more recently, the works of Lewis Carroll, which have come to be seen as literature intheir own right.
