Title: Gas Blast Under Control

Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Sendirian Berhad yesterday announced that it was pleased that the gas explosion incident at H14 area in Seria was brought fully under control.

According to a BSP statement, subsequent gas testing did not uncover further gas leaks in the vicinity of the explosion.

"Most of the residents returned to their homes after electricity was reinstated at around 8pm on Thursday.

"On Friday, the domestic gas supply was also reconnected. A full accident investigation has been initiated," it added.
