Canning supplies are beginning to be stocked at my local WalMart and this is the first time I have seen a video explaining the ends and outs of canning. I can read all day about how to can, but actually seeing it done is a big help. I hope you can find this in your area. How interesting! This canning video features Alice Waters of Chez Panisse restaurant fame? If the same chef, this video ought to be really easy to find--especially in California!
