Alexander- conquering Cali

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Aeon Flux : One Thread

Just thought I'd let all Southern California residents know that, on Friday, April 21st, at 9 PM, there will be a WORLD PREMIERE screening of Alexander at the Richard And Karen Carpenter Performing Arts Center in Long Beach! If you need directions, their number is (562) 985-7000. Hope to see you there!

So Alexander finally made it to the U.S., enjoy, let us all know how it is, I'm sure it's at the very least interesting. I'm wondering who the writers are, and when it will open around the country.

You know I still regret I didn't hop a plane and go to this, but I had to work. I want to be conquered, Paul, you know. I've read Alexander was buried in a glass coffin, and Augustus himself viewed him, also, he was much beloved by his men, and he still holds the record for conquering the most square miles on the earth. Was any of this mentioned in the movie? What sort of guy was he in the movie? Watching the brief run of animation on the Alex. site it looks very well done.
