Paul "Butthead" Milne runs a nice little $125 scam about how you don't have to pay taxes. See for yourself Paul Milne, two faced weasel.

The reason he is a weasel (beyond the obvious) is stated clearly by Milne himself on this thread where Paul Davis had asked about Milne's tax filing.
