I know everyone out there is sick of reading my questions but IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOUR SICK OF! LOL I like writing and getting replies. Ok. So what are your favorite monsters? Mine are Dragons, Durahans, Pixies, Centaurs and Golems. Tyrant is my fave. Golem. Janne is my fave. Pixie. ANY DURAHAN I LIKE (xept the wood knight.....)! And I like most Dragons too. The Crab Dragon is ugly as a baboons butt but it's unique. And the Dragon/Bajarl is another ugly one! I think I'm gonna have a thing for monsters with Joker subs but i AIN'T GOT DA DAMN MASK! (oops! sorry yall! A lil of the ghetto escaped then!)

-- Master Woods (Rashi342@aol.com), November 28, 1999 Answers My favorite monsters are golem, zilla, suezo, pixie, and tiger. I like golem because if you train them in skill and power, they can become really great monsters. I have only trained one zilla for three years and I heard that they suck, but I like how they look and their personality. The only reason why I like suezo is because when I entered the legends cup, and I got destroyed by a white suezo. My Mia is pretty good but I don't really know how to train pixies that well because mine always have short lives. Jokers have to be the most evil looking monsters in the game and they are pretty good. I got my mask with an S class phoenix with maxed out life and int.

I like Undines, Bakus, Golems, and Katos. Undines are fast and smart like pixies but aren't a pain to raise. Bakus withstand a lot and are big. Golems dish out a lot and are big. And Katos are just funny cause they drink beer... er, well I guess it's oil but beer seems funnier.

Hachiros and Tasmans for now.. Hachiros are easy to raise, live long and are just right spiffy!

Tasmans too.. plus they look like cats =)

The little hoppers are funny, and I like the golems now too.. only raised one, a Pink Golem.. but I am very impressed!

Raising my first Phoenix right now.. he's not too bad.. C class by age 1 (I took screen shots incase there's anyone who wants to accuse me of lying hahhaha) just hoping he doesn't dye young.. Haven't pushed him to the point of 'seems tired' yet.. just he does real well in fights.. so we'll see =)

My Crab Saurian was cool too.. Going to raise another one now that I know some things on extending their lives..

Going to raise a worm next I think =) I can unlock those now.. and a mew.. mewmewmew... (Finally back to where I was from before my memory card died yay!!) Except for the seeds.. still haven't gotten those again yet.. soon though.

Durahans are the best!

-- durahan-king (Mage1185@yahoo.com), November 28, 1999.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I like monsters that are fast, smart, and skillful. So far I have been able to achieve this effect best with the pixies and pixie subtypes. My favorite is the Snowy Pixie (Pixie\Jill). It should be called the Yuki Onna (Snow Woman) because that is the monster type it is based on (It looks just like all the depictions I've seen in the literature.) However, for combat purposes a pure pixie seems to be best. I have yet to find a monster with better guts regeneration. (I haven't found a cd with a metalner on it yet, so I can't compare them.) -Berge

garudas are the best

-- smiley (bud102585@yahoo.com), November 28, 1999.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Durahans all the way, I think I'd like a Joker if I could get one of the @#$!ing masks.

-- Remoraz (brommer@nbn.net), November 28, 1999.

-- Mystic Fire (mystic-fire@angelfire.com), November 28, 1999.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

i like centaurs, suezos, durahans, mocks and duckens. however, i always seem to gravitate to golems and pixies - the "boys and girls" of the mr2 world.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I love Angels (Pixie/Gali) Just about anything with a Gali subtype is pretty good. I got my first centaur today so I have yet to try that out. Dulahans are awesome. And no one can deny a Phoenix.

-- Arcane (carvek89@hotmail.com), November 28, 1999.

Sofari haven't picked a favorite overall monster. For fighting, I really enjoyed the undine. I loved the ice coffin attack. For general raising the hopper wasn't too bad. He was enthusiastic and easy to discipline. He wasn't a very good fighter though. All around I liked the phoenix a lot. He was easy to raise and was also good in battle. Since he flew away almost 100 years ago maybe he'll come back soon.

I think that the Centaurs, Mocks, and I think that my Pheonix and Gali are also really good to.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Its all about Apes I tell you! They are not lazy at all. Other than the Ape, I find that Undines, Phoenixes, Wrackies, Hachiros, and Jokers are quite effective.

i think JOKER is most wicked of em all.......hehe

-- Thri|| (thrill@yep.com), November 28, 1999.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well... I guess TOO many people like the Durahan and the Phoenix, so those two are kind of used up. Personally, I like the Jell. Yep. All because of two moves - the Gatling Gun and the Jell Copter. Those 2 moves along with some good stats are all anyone ever needs to kick the shit out of any good Durahan or Phoenix.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Golems are nice...big guys with big hits! i've recently got a liking for Gali and Jells too... Suezos are good...not too hard to raise to S-class

-- golem rancher (golem@fimba.com), November 29, 1999.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So far, (year 36) I've liked my Phoenix, my Henger, my Tyrant (Golem/Dragon), my Suezo Mask (Gali/Suezo) and the Pixie combinations (I'm currently working with a Unico [Pixie/Cenetaur] and a Dryad [Pixie/Mock] that seem to have high potential). I happen to have some comments of my own: - Does the Phoenix EVER come back? - And to Sean X, who likes both Durahan and Phoenix, they DO combine together in one of the four phoenix combos in the game (the Purebred, the Cinder Bird, the Blue Phoenix and the Garuda [Durahan/Phoenix]).

-- CoolNathan (CoolNathan@aol.com), November 29, 1999.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I like Hengers, Durahans, Jokers, and Jells so far.

-- 007 Chimp (the007chimp@hotmail.com), December 01, 1999.

Um... check out the "Ode to Naga" string. My feelings should be clear. For questing I've always liked Galis, but unless you pick the right sub they can be a pain to train in life.

I of course like the monsters that have gone the highest for me. Naga, gribber,Beaclon, phoenix,Terror Dog and the Tiger/Naga cross.

I currently like my Tyrant "Big Deal". He brings me shinny stones $750 and pretty flowers. Have ever seen one of these guys when you feed them someting that dislike. MAN, what a temper.

But for sure looks I like Garuda and the Dragon/Metalner. I'll train one of those next.
