Rare monsters

Those CDs with monsters that are (Monster)/??? Do you have to be 6th rank, 8th rank, Master? someone throw me a frigin bone here?

Answers

It depends on whether or not you have unlocked the main species of the monster. An example is at the beginning of the game you should be able to get a Mia (Pixie/???), but not a Santa Claus (Wracky/???) because you haven't unlocked Wracky yet.

My sistor's Backstreet Boys Mellenium gave me a pure Hopper (Hopper/Hopper). THere are different pressings of CD's..

There are different preesings of the BSB millenium CD. I used my sister's BSB CD and got a hopper When I used my cousin's I got happy mask
