helloo greg. I just thought I'd respond. I love these greenspun boards. everyone has one lately. I have one and it's going very well...harhar. I advertised.

anyway, I saw you had to retract a comment. well, gee, for me I'd retract ALOT of things since I'm always contradicting myself. I do it all the time. after a few months I'll have a totally different opinion. I remember when I called richard too depressing and pathetic to like and then I had a dream about him that changed my mind, soo maybe that's what caused richard not to even want to deal with me. he caught my contradiction since I didn't change what I wrote about him on my outdated friends page. it screwed everything up since I had to say, I felt differently and I was sorry for what I said before..haha.

as for online relationships...I go back and forth on that topic. after the 3rd one, I said 'never again!' but now I'm not sure. I'd just like to know someone cares out there. soo yep.

and as for writing phone numbers and addresses on sheets of paper..I do that too. I have a whole stack of them near the desk and I can never find what I'm looking for. takes me hours. I should get a palm pilot. I just never think about spending my money on frivolous things..hehe. I guess it's well and good to get it for your job.

I guess that's all I have to say. I hope this gets things started!

Hi Greg,

I'm really behind on my commixion entries, but I thought I may as well read them backwards so that by the time I get to the earliest one I haven't read, I'll have already heard rumours as to what happened in it. Fun!

Anyway, you're Dead Right about the PC thing. I used to have an Acorn computer. If you wanted to save something, you just dragged the file to where you wanted it. Which may sound a bit strange, but it made locating files and opening them very, very quick. With a PC, however, especially if I'm trying to save / open a saved website in Netscape, it takes forever and a day and a few more hours to navigate through the directory structure. Since I got it, I feel like I've spent at least 10% of my life trying to get at my files (especially since my mouse has full-time PMT).

Pointless rant over. Back to work, I suppose. Happy belated 200th entry, by the way. You're catching up with me, aaagh! (I have, I think, 287 entries that are still online, and I've been journalling since April 98!)

Hmm. I'll miss you if you go, Greg, but I don't think anyone would want you to hang around if you didn't want to. Good luck with whatever you decide.
