Iran & N Korea are not declared nuclear powers(meaning they havent tested), may already have nuclear warheads and missle's. If this report is true, it appears the US regards this as fact(like confirmation).This could be why you see alot more of N korea and Iran more global players in the last year. It also puts another light on the north & south's naval battle last year.

Boo- check out the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, the Federation of American scientist and/or Strator. I'm sure I read some time back that NK does have nuclear missiles and is working on a longer range missile
