Does anyone have information related to tools being used to assess team effectiveness? Looking to learn what's out there... is the research reliable and valid? do group dynamics change as a result of the assessment? is there a return on investment?

Hi Linda

There are tools for team assessment. While you assess the team effectiveness, you should do the assessment at different levels ie; as a team member, members of top management, as well as the person assigned to support ourteam. If the assessment is done at all these levels carefully and necessary actions are taken, the group dynamics do change.
