is it to late to send in the pre-entry form for Middleboro on 4/9/00?

if it is to late to pre-enter then what time should I get there?

does each entry need to be notarized for each race even if you're over 18 yrs.?

Yes, it is too late to pre-enter. Pre-entries have to be rec'd 12 days prior to the event. Over 18 you don't need them notarized.
