well, i couldn't let the day go by without SOMEONE posting here. and it's been a while since i got to see my name in the subject heading.

actually, i do have something moderately interesting to say:

first, thank you, gary, for letting us know what's what about the indiana show. i'm planning on going too, so it will be great to meet some more fans, and see my friends again! and, check it out! i get to meet darrel twice!

second, um........i think that was it. OH! no - my $1.99 copy of aluminum is on the way from my ebay seller. that's exciting. maybe i'll learn the words to some more songs before the show. how long do i have? yeeee!

so, about this show...i'm just not picturing this. these are college boys throwing a party with joe90 and a rap band? i read on their website that their mission was to have an 'all male' college, but to include the 'female experience' in their lives. to this end, they were going to plan events that would attract females from other schools and various places around the crawfordsville area.

so what i want to know is.........is that us???? is joe90 being used as bait to get unsuspecting females to come to their stupid college? okay, so, we go there and what - watch the band, get all *swooney* and then they make their moves? and then the other band starts to play, and they move in for the kill?

this will be interesting. i've never been part of a conspiracy plot before. not that i know of, anyway. wait until they find out some of us are OLD! and that some of us don't even like men! (that way.) (that much.) (if we're sober.)

oh well. anyway...the last thing i wanted to say was hi to AJ, and the person who won the contest (sorry i forgot your name - i don't think i've seen you post! who are you, anyway?!!)

oh yeah - and jenn......i am scared too - blue mascara! who knew?!

i wish i had a steak dinner waiting for me. i think i have some fruit loops at home. bleh!

i was supposed to see this band tonite, black beetle....i guess 2 of the guys used to play with JEFF BUCKLEY so i was all excited- like.....but it turns out they were WRONG. the schedule people. hopefully they will actually be here sometime soon. JEFF BUCKLEY is good, yanno?

i listened to *dream this* (dream THIS! :::flips the bird:::) all the way thru today in the car. i spend too much time in my car.

My mom is driving me up the wazoo.. first she gave me the "it's very possible" about going to the Indiana show, and then today she says she doesn't think we can, for various reasons.. hopefully she'll be in a better mood tomorrow, cuz that's when she needs to order the tickets.. *g*

Oh great, now I feel tons of pressure about this concert (assuming that I'm going, that is).. now I have to be a puppet or something? I don't think I like this college very much! Oh well, I'll have jessica, britt, chris, and other people to protect me, lol.

Are you a decent photographer Chris? I like having pictures, but I don't have a good camera and I'm no good at taking pictures...

I think something's wrong with the list thingy.. I tried signing up a while ago, but the window disappeared on me, so I wasn't sure if I'd signed up or not, but I haven't received anything yet, so I think I need to sign up again...

I ordered my tickets today! The guy on the phone was super extremely nice and patient (he waited for my slow computer to load so I could give him credit card info) and we chatted for a while about the strange combo of Joe90 and outkast... apparently they were pretty desperate for an opening act... (I'm sure they don't realize what an excellent band they've booked).. anyhoo, me, my mom, and my sister are all coming, so I hope to see you people there.

I used to have so much to say, but then my sister distracted me by showing me apartments in california... I wanna move there! Oh well, I'll shut up now...
