I've been following the latest OPEC development with interest. Has anyone seen RC lately?

OPEC seem to be doing a great job of covering up Y2K problems, and the amazing thing about it is that the media wont even ask them about it at all!

If you are determining what OPEC has decided, listen to THEM and not Richardson, as he seems to be totally unable to understand what they have told him. TOO many times he has stood up and said "THey have aquiesced!!" only to have some OPEC functionary come back 24 hours later and say "Not exactly.."
