I have not got a packect yet. I only raced once last year due to a broken leg. i waswondering when it would come. i am planing on racing this year.

Did you re enter by Dec. 25 1999 ?? If you didnt, you will probably need to contact NESC to have them send you paper work, or sign up at the track. Good Luck
