I am into odd movies... but I recommend Pulp Fiction, Swimming With Sharks, Brail, Natural Born Killers(director's cut), Bladerunner (director's cut), The Game, and the Shawshank Redemption...

All of them are very fine movies which, I liked so much I bought them, and I highly recommend them.

I am also into odd music, but thats a different story.

A couple of good movies, but unfortunately some of them are hard to find: 1- City of lost children(European, fuckin great!) 2- Reservoir Dogs( From the director of Pulp Fiction) 3- Magnolia(a fucking contemporary classic; people that think that are normal and happy should avoid it.) 4- Tesis(European, its about "snuff" films; way better than 8mm. 5- Any Roman Polansky movie(Rosemary's Baby, Franctic, The Ninth Gate, etc.) 6- Hell, any movie that gives you a funny feeling and start a "Neuron Revolution" in your head

Requiem for a dream is my favourite movie. It's whacked, but it's really good. American Beauty is also good, and Kubrick's version of The Shining.

Memento....go rent it RIGHT FUCKING NOW. The best script I have ever seen translated to the screen. Total masterpiece, you won't regret it.

Other than that, go through the Kevin Smith flicks...start with Clerks, do Mallrats, then Chasing Amy, then Dogma, then go see Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back to finish 'em all off. I predict you'll like Chasing Amy the best.

Only other one I can ponder right now is The Others...I echo the other folk above, it's a brilliant movie.

Usual suspects, blade runner, Amelie, Memento, Ring (japanese horror - totally mental) Demons (italian horror, gory as you like) Life is Beautiful, Powder (cheesy but good for a weep) Matrix, Terminator and T2, Picnic at Hanging Rock (one of the most beautiful films to look at) Wonderland. Apocolypse Now. I love films.
