My apartment manager, "Sam" Hilderbrandt mentioned to me this morning that Blair House (http://www.blairapartments.com/) had not been able to use its accounting firm since 1/1/2000 due to a bug in its accounting software. She is checking on more details for me, but she believed that the package was called "Rent Track" and was supplied by a company called "Wolf". I searched the web and found "Rentrak" which seems to be for tracking video rentals, not apartment rents.

I will post again when I hear from her.

My question is has anything like this been reported?
