Weight Lifting

I'm 15 and looking for a weight lifting regimen that would especially improve my leg strength. Sources or input would be appreciated.

See if your school has a gym. Do squats, and leg presses. Calf exercises. and take off your shoes, go on a set of stairs. on your toes, and lift your body, itll feel like your calves are ripping apart ...good stuff :oP
