build more and better defined muscle

Iam 17 years old and work out every day. One day I do weights for 30 mins and sit ups and the next I do pull ups, push ups, bike ride or run. I have been doing this for a year and dont seem to see great changes in my physical appearance. I want to know what would be a good workout routine and deit that would haelp me see more muscle and better defined muscle. PLEASE.

You are OVER-exercising to build mass.

Do weights 3 times a week *each time on different body parts* and do cardio twice a week for 30 mins each time will be enough. Diet and rest is also important!
