is there a half/split prism focus screen available for eos5/a2e?

My copy of The Complete EOS Guide (Hove Foto Books, 1996) claims that there is a New Split screen available for the 1, 1N and 600 series bodies, but not the 5/A2E. Same situation for the Microprism screen.
