I was using my 4th gen Phoenix to beat all the M4 and it flew away right when the last M4 tourney so i could get to 10th rank, did i do something wrong?

Did you ever happen to feed it a golden peach because that could make it live longer, unless you've already used one. My first Gen phoenix did the same thing.

You did nothing wrong. Phoenixes sort of fly away after awhile. It's kinda the way they "die".
