Where can I buy a good quality Stainless Milk pail for goat milking.I would like a capacity of 4-6 quart.

I purchased a very nice one from Hoeggers Supply, http;//www.goatsupply.com for about 50.00. I really love mine and it is hand made too. I highly recommend them. I got the 6 qt half moon lid one. Hope this helps.
