I just went to check the raw news feed from ABC and it has no new postings after 2:42am, Feb 29. http://www.abcnews.go.com/wire/us/ I "refreshed" and it still says the same thing. Pam

For whatever it's worth, I've had trouble accessing newspaper sites all over Maine today. Portland Press Herald and Kennebec Journal have been entirely unavailable, other sites either not at all or only partially. In fact, until recently I was having a problem getting into the Post an Answer area on this site off some of the threads. Not sure what's going on, but I've never seen anything this widespread before. (Only the P-H and KJ share a server, the others are independent.)

Don't know if it's related, but I noticed yesterday (Monday, February 28, 2000) that the on-line issue of The Tennessean said "Sunday, February 28, 2000" ...

I have encountered another weird thing yesterday into this morning. I would go to a site and while it was coming up I would get a grey box saying Internet Explorer could not access the site. I would click OK and the box would go away and then the site would be functional. It happened all yesterday. Many times. Now, today everything is fine.
