SuperDre,

I am the owner of the RT-6. I can only speak for it and not the MPEGator card. The RT-6 can encode mpeg1 in VCD format(1150000b/s) in realtime with higher quality then most of my other cards can produced at higher bitrates(ATI =1983200b/s and Dazzle DVC = 2900000b/s). The only problem that i found with this card is that it will produces block noise artifacts in a few frames after a fast frame switching. Otherwise, it pretty much what you feed into it.
