"OSLO, Norway (AP) - A U.S.-built radar facility on Norway's arctic frontier with Russia is causing debate in this small NATO nation because of claims that it is really an American spy station.
The 132-foot-tall Globus II radar being built near the north Norway town of Vardoe is just a few miles from Russian military bases on the Kola Peninsula."
Wonder if this is connected to Echelon. Mike Frost, a Canadian whose interview will be shown on 60 Minutes, indicates that Thatcher used the organization to spy on two of her own ministers.
