Where can I get tripod head ring type A (W) for 70-200 F4 L ? It's the same one for 300 F4 L. B&W have it on back order for nearly a month. Any input is greatly appreciated.

I don't know where you live but B&H has it, it is the same as for the 200/2,8 (black) or the non-IS 300/4,0 (white). The black one is called B and cost 79.95 USD at B&H in May 1999. Also a German mailorder store (www.isarfoto.de) carries it. It ios called Tripod ring type B or something like that. Hope this helps Michael
