Port Arthur Refinery ( shutdown by fire on 2-15) restart postponed

Princeton, New Jersey, Feb. 22 (Bloomberg Energy)-- The following refinery will resume production on Friday:

Company: Clark USA Inc. Location: Port Arthur, Texas Unit Type: Catalytic Cracker Output: 0 barrels a day

Capacity: 77,000 barrels a day Event The unit was shut on Feb. 15 because of a fire and was expected to restart tomorrow.
