I just purchased a 250cc last month. I want to learn how to ride again beacause I have not been on a 2 stroke for 12 years now. Where can I get help so I can experience my dream to race motocross?

The best way to start is to get a lesson.. Tony Larusso (New England champ) gives lessons and is obviously good. He's e-mail address is tlmx31@aol.com. He may not respond right away, he's currently traveling competeing in the Eastern Region Supercross series. There are also plenty of Moto videos out that teach you the basics, after that the best thing to do is just lots of practice. Good luck.
