35mm in a Hassy 500C

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Bulletin Board for Medium and Large Format Photography : One Thread

Hi

I read a recent review in a trade mag of a fellow now in Italy that makes an adapter/back for hasselblads that will fit 35mm film. However, they gave no address or way to contact him.

I only shoot for hobby, and, 120 film is a bit rough getting developed, etc. Before I "give up" on my hasselblad, I thought I might like to try it in this mode. After all, the lenses are still Hasselblad.

Does anyone have ANY ideas on either finding this fellow, or another source for a modified back for the Hasselblad?

Thanks for your help. And, I just stumbled on this board, but don't come here often. Feel free to reply to my email, and receive my eternal gratitude!

there's a guy named selling Al Satterwhite selling a factory built 35mm Hassy back one on photo.net for $1800. For his ad, see http://www.photo.net/gc/view-one.tcl?classified_ad_id=298887
