See if you can find anything in Michael Hyatt's archives. (www.michaelhyatt.com) We used a book we bought through his site ($159.00...split cost with a friend) with all the instructions for purchasing meds legally overseas. We used a doctor in Sri Lanka ( they listed some in other countries too, but we wanted one where no prescriptions were needed) and were very pleased with the service....most meds were British, or divisions of big companies like Glaxo. A few things were not available like the antibiotic Biaxin. Prices were about 20% of USA full price, and a bit for shipping. Very good shelf life,i.e. fresh, better than I ever get here.
